Uses

It can be used for dry crack part, wet surface of the structure and crack part of small leakage. Particularly it can be used crack repair works of structures with expansion joint, vibrations or sway.

Characteristics

This is 2 component high-elasticity urethane product consists of main liquid of polyol component (liquid A) and prepolymer type hardening agent of isocyanate component (liquid B) reacting partially with polyol component. It forms low foaming foam which is very soft with good expansion property and maintains its elasticity at wet condition. It also has excellent adhesive strength with concrete structures.

* It is manufactured that the gel time can be adjusted between 5 to 30 minutes according to the site condition as sufficient grout should be injected for the structure with vibration or sway.

Package

It is packed as 40kg set consisting of Liquid A 19kg (Iron can container) + Liquid B 21kg (Iron can container).

How to use

Insert packer into the holes bored on cracking part with constant distance. Make injection work after filling the injection bucket of grouting injection pump (SGI-300) with liquid A and liquid B respectively. Apply the grout in the bucket immediately as possible. Viscosity of the grout may be increased in winter. For efficient work in this case, you may heat the iron can with hot wind machine to decrease the viscosity of the grout.

Precautions

Cover the grout container as soon as possible after pouring out. Wash out inside of A hose and B hose with oil etc. after removing grout completely from equipment and hoses. Wear helmet, safety glasses and gloves to protect face and hands from staining with grout liquid. Wash out skin with soapy water immediately when it is stained on the skin.
