Isocyanate is transformed to a hard foaming shape as being reacted with water,from which one -component polyurethane injection resin is manufactured.
One-component polyurethane(RP2000) resin is used for rockfill of ground/rock floor with water,cement,concrete structure.

Directions of one-component polyurethane

• Mix an accelerator to facilitate the reaction of isocyanate and water.
  Since RP2000 already contains an accelerator , it can be immediately used at a construction site.
• One-component resin can be injected by using a simple piston type pump or grease pump.
• It can be expanded as much as 20~40times unless pressure is applied adjust an injection amount or speed.
• Injecting it into sand soil restricts foaming , intensifying a hardened block mixed with sand.

Water control for the water-leaking point of concrete structure.

How to make test form

1. Pour Polyurethane about 10cc to a paper cup.

2. Drop water about 1cc to a same paper cup.

3. Use the wood stick whip the Polyurethane about 25time round and round.

4. Wait to ending form.

5. How to inject the concrete.
